Easy Eats: Rueben Brats In A Bun

Rueben Brats In A Bun

As we head into October the fall season is well under way. Here is a delicious Easy Eats Recipe for you to try before the snow flies! This week features a tasty Ruben Brat Recipe. I’m a big fan of Ruben Sandwiches, so this new take on a classic is sure to be a hit at any tailgating party you are hosting. It’s also very simple, which as you know is an Easy Eats must!

First I fired up my grill and added the Gold’n Plump Chicken Bratwursts. These Chicken Brats complimented the rest of the ingredients wonderfully, but I’m confident you can add whatever type of Brat flavor you wanted for an equally delicious combination.

Once the brats were cooked thoroughly I simply added the Swiss Cheese to the Hoagie Rolls and then loaded up my other ingredients! I am a big fan of both Thousand Island Dressing and Sauerkraut, so I was sure to add an overload of those to my helping. This recipe was an absolute hit! It’s crazy how creative you can get with your grilling toppings, and I can’t wait to experiment with even more ingredients before it gets too cold out! Pair this recipe with pickles, potato chips or salads- It’s sure to be a great meal!

If you love the recipe and want to try it year-around simply make these delicious Brats on a stovetop or electric grill. I promise they will taste delectable no matter what season it is!
