Easy Eats: Swordfish on the Grill

Swordfish has a mildly sweet flavor and a moist, meaty texture – wonderful on the grill! This one has an Asian flare.
Step 1: Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2: Mix barbecue sauce and ginger; set aside.
Step 3: Mix cucumber, green onion, soy sauce and peanuts for topping; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 4: Place swordfish on the grill. Grill until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F., turning swordfish after 5 minutes and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture.
Step 5: Serve with cucumber mixture.
