Balsamic vinegar infused with dill dances with cucumbers and tomatoes in a fresh, refreshing salad. Cucumber and Tomato Salad with Dill Balsamic

Ingredients:
2 Cucumbers, seeded and roughly chopped
1 Tomato, roughly chopped
1/4 Red Onion, sliced
1/4 Cup Dill Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Bag Mixed Greens
Fresh Dill for Garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1: Place cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in large bowl. Whisk together dill balsamic and olive oil and pour over cucumber mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt and combine. Serve over mixed greens and garnish with dill, if desired.
