Easy Eats: Sizzlin’ Grilled Garlic Steak
Our New York Strip Steaks are best marinated and grilled with this flavorful recipe.
This would be a delicious and hearty meal for Father’s Day, June 15, served with potatoes and asparagus on the grill.
PREP TIME: 240 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
2 T. Brown Sugar
2 T. Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 T. Garlic, minced
4 New York Strip Steaks
Step 1: In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Add steaks and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Step 2: Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, uncovered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Internal temperature must reach at least 145 degrees F. (medium rare)
