Easy Eats: Reuben Brats in a Bun

REUBENThis classic sandwich recipe takes a summer vacation – on the grill.

Make these year ’round on a stovetop or electric grill if it’s too chilly to grill outside.

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes

Reuben Brats in a Bun:
1 package Chicken Bratwurst
10 slices Swiss Cheese
Hoagie Rolls, split
1.5 cups Sauerkraut
1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing


Step 1: Grill bratwurst according to package directions.

Step 2: Lay pieces of cheese inside each roll; toast on the grill until roll is golden and cheese is melted.

Step 3: Fill rolls with bratwurst and sauerkraut; drizzle with dressing.
