Baked Pork Chops

Pork chops are baked with mushroom and onion soup to flavor the chops and keep them moist and juicy.

 

SERVES: 6
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 45 Minutes
Ingredients:6 Pork Chops
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 envelope dry Onion Soup mix
1 pkg. Long Grain and Wild Rice blend
Directions:

Step 1:
In a large skillet, brown the pork chops on each side and season to taste.
Step 2:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and one soup can of water. Pour and spread 1/2 of the soup mixture in a 9×13 baking dish. Add the pork chops to the baking dish and top with the remaining soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes for smaller chops, 45 minutes for larger chops.
Step 3:
While chops are baking, prepare the rice and serve with the pork chops.Enjoy!
