This Tilapia dish is brushed with lemon juice, coated with almonds and baked to perfection. Simple, quick and delicious!

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes


  • 4-6 Tilapia fillets
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sliced/crushed almonds
  • Salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brush fillets on both sides with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
  3. Dip fillets into egg whites, then into bread crumbs mixed with almonds until evenly coated.
  4. Place fish in a baking dish in a single layer and bake for ten minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes when pierced with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately.
