Italian Pasta Salad Recipe

This is the perfect picnic or summer family gathering pasta salad.

This Italian Pasta Salad is a crowd pleaser that will have everyone asking for your recipe. Shock them with how simple it is!

COOK TIME: 8 Minutes

Simple Italian Pasta Salad
16 oz. Tri Color Rotini (or other interesting pasta of your choice)
2 small-medium Carrots, peeled and sliced
1 pint Grape Tomatoes, halved
3.8 oz. Black Olives
2 oz. Pepperoni, slices or chunks
Approximately 1 Cup Italian Dressing (use more or less, according to your tast)
Handful of Shredded Parmesan Cheese (optional)


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, carrots, tomatoes, olives, pepperoni. Add salad dressing and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  4. Kids in the Kitchen: This is really a GREAT recipe for kids to help with. They get to wash, chop, and mix beautifully colored vegetables and pasta. They may even want to “sneak” some carrots! When the dish is done, chances are, they’ll be more likely to want to eat it.
