Dessert Pizza

1 Sugar Cookie Dough
1 Container Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
1 Container Sliced Strawberries with Blueberries
1/4 Cantaloupe, peeled and sliced
1 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

  1. Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut dough into 1/2 inch circles and arrange in a circle on a lightly floured baking sheet. With lightly floured fingertips, press cookie dough circles into one another to form one large circle. Even out surface with lightly floured rolling pin and roll out to roughly 1/2 inch thickness. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Pizza
Once cookie is cooled, spread all of cream cheese dip on top. Arrange fruit slices (you may want to slice the strawberries into thin slices) on top of cream cheese dip.
  3. Chocolate Drizzle
Melt 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on high in microwave: 30 seconds, stir, then 30 seconds more until the chocolate is melted and runny. You can drizzle chocolate off the end of a spoon – or – you can put the melted chocolate into a ziptop bag and cut a very small hole in corner of bag to pipe the chocolate over pizza. BE CAREFUL not to burn yourself, as the chocolate is hot. Use paper towel around bag to avoid burning hands.
